The best source of minerals are whole foods appropriate for one's blood type.
Searching the internet and usenet will reveal that there is precious little data available about the purported 'benefits' of these solutions to humans/animals; Dr. Wallach's 'facts' have been refuted (The most famous of which is the Dead Doctors Don't Lie fiasco) numerous times as being based on fairy dust.
Of course, I am neither a medical practitioner nor a nutritionist; just somebody who learned the hard way that potions, lotions, and supplements are not going to heal my body, just lighten my wallet.
