The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 8
Multiple Types Menu Planning!?!?
Posted By: Lois S.(A+) Date: Wednesday, 3 February 1999, at 10:09 a.m.
I apologize if this has already been addressed in the archives - I can NOT get them to load on either of my browsers, they keep crashing.
I am very, very new at this, and am wondering if anyone has had a good solution to the problem of planning menus for families with multiple blood types. We have 5 members in our household, and since it appears that my husband and I are Bo+ and Ao+ respectively (our oldest daughter is O+), we are expecting that one of our two other daughters will probably be AB+ just to make things TOTALLY interesting!
I have downloaded and printed the combination charts from Steve Shapiro's website (for some reason none of the "old lists" will work with Reader? I keep getting a message that a page is corrupted.... but I digress) and have picked out the foods that are beneficial to all types. Not too many of those, are there! I was supposing that it might work to rotate beneficials & neutrals for each type throughout the week? But how do I do this without going either 1) Broke or 2) Insane :) ?
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have read what I can access of the messages and am very excited by the prospects and successes that have been experienced by other people.
Thanks in advance.
Lois S.
