I know you guys are tired of me asking questions, but I need to know something. I have been on the food plan since November and I have noticed two things: A constant craving for sugar and joint pain in my hips. I have always struggled with bursitis, but this feels different and I was wondering if this pain could be attributed to a deficit of calcium. I get my calcium from broccoli and collard greens. Is that enough? Any feedback would be appreciated.
