In Response To: Can't get warm... (Michelle (O))
Hi, I tried to get in earlier on this thread but have had computer problems. So just a few additional thoughts. I am a B and am thin and always have had problems with "Raynauds". Here is what I wrote earlier - Hi, Cold extremities are typical of Raynauds Syndrome. Your feet, hands, nose, and ears are alot colder than the rest of your body. It results from the shutting down of your capilaries in these parts of your body. The alternating cold and hot treatment are usually what is recommended. Cold temperatures and emotional stress usually bring on attacks. Avoid drugs such as decongestants, antihistamines, caffeine and nicotine. They can increase the frequency and length of Raynaud symptoms. Some MD's recommend fish oil supplements but that could be questionable depending on your blood type. Bob
