I personally think changes in the food lists are OK. We are talking about scientific and medical knowledge. Knowledge is not static. It grows and changes, and if you don't adapt you are left in the dust. That's why we're all here talking on this board.

It is a pain to keep track, but lifes a botch(lol!). I am in the computer field. If I don't constantly read and train I will be out of a job. Now that REALLY is a pain!

By the way I got a hold of Dr. James D'Adamo's "One Mans Food...". If you don't like food list changes, don't read it. But is is very interesting reading with a lot of alternative ideas (like we need more).
