Turrett's dis - order - any help!1

I'm not sure if this is the right spelling,(Turrett's) but this disorder is a neurological one it consists of multiple tics and can appear on the face(mouth,eyes) and my client consistently clicks his shoulder inand out which is diminishing the capacity of his ligaments and his rotata cuff muscle (excuse my spelling please)
I've put him and his wife on the ER4YT - he is an A type and has much more energy and feels great. I've used acupuncture and that does settle the tics down and causes great relief. It's greaat he's really commited and just loves the acupuncture as relief. Are there any web sites or any nutritional or any modalities that can help with this problem. It seems very obsessive to me and perhaps we'll go back in hypnotherapy or counselling to see what triggered it. I know what the medico's say - something you'll have for the rest of your life son!!!They opened up his brain when he was a child to no avail ofcourse but the scar is enormous even after so many years.
Any help is very much appreciated.
