Sharon, a question on the type of peanut butter. We understand that hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils are not really good for you, from other than ER4YT point of view. We haven't found, and don't remember Dr. D saying anything one way or the other, so do you know? Ignore? or use the natural peanut butter? A mainstay in our snack food diet. I an O, use soy butter, but my dear wife an A, has raised our five (now grown) kids on Skippy and was heart broken hearted when we were advised that hydrogenation is not good. Any light?
