Michelle, now that you mention it, same thing happened to me about 3 weeks ago.(I'm going into 4th month of the diet) I was soooo cold. but thought it was the weather. Turned the heat up to 75 degr.put on extra sweater. Was worried that I was coming down with a cold or flu.Had a very big craving to eat salmon : Iodine? Guess I'll start taking bladderwrack.
