New Food Lists???? Who's on first??????!!!!!

Saw comments and checked out Shapiro's website. What's all this about new food lists? Salmon was ok but now it isn't???? Eggs were ok but now they're not??? New lectins were discovered? Who what when where???? How do you keep up with the changes? Or do we just admit that when it comes to diet and nutrition no one really knows what is going on and just go back to eating a reasonably balanced diet and assume it'll work out in the end??? Where are these "news" items posted.
