There is of course varieties of the Garden type Burger. But then, there might be a vegetable issue. Some of the Health Food cookbooks have varieties of recipes for burgers too. I'm an O and looking forward to using the all natural meats found at Health Food stores. But, I would stay away from supermarket meats because as you pointed out there are issue with not only chemicals and pesticides, but also hormone injections. This could have something to do with the skin discomfort. Good luck!
