I'm and A too. If I'm in a hurry, I have toasted Ezekial bread and peanut butter sandwhich for a quick breakfast. Both are highly beneficial. That only lasts me a couple hours though. Then I might have some grapefruit and a hot breakfast cereal like oatmeal with some nuts or fruit in it. If I eat out or have more time, I would have a greek tofu and egg white scramble. That would contain feta cheese, garlic, and spinach. Or some other kind of tofu scramble with some veggies. I really try to eat balanced protein and carbohydrates - so I don't do much in the way of non-wheat pancakes and the like. But that wouldn't be the end of the world if you did. I also might eat black beans, corn tortillas, and egg white/tofu scramble.

P.S. Even though we aren't O's, I think Steve Shapiro's post a few weeks ago titled "Breakfast Police" is still relevant. Some fish and veggies is great too!
