nope, nope, nope..... I'm with you.... when I lived where it was a problem.... if it crawled, scampered, or slithered... and if it was in my house... it was game.... dead game.
But, that's why I live where I do....Alaska!!! Only wood spiders, flies, wasps.... and I will continue to kill it if it interferes with my comfort level! I bait them away from the cabin, and the spiders... well it's a log cabin.. so I can't get rid of them.... Our biggest problem is mosquitos, we don't even have fleas (thank you Lord!!!). But we also have no snakes, or lizzards, or anything like that. I try to be nice about it and have umpteen birdfeeders to attract the birds that eat the bugs and small rodents.

and back to the subject at hand.... the vegan vs. vegetarian explanations here are pretty throuough.... I have merely accepted that I am a carnivor at heart, even if I only have a steak every 3 months or so now! Hunting season is going to be the toughest timeof year to abstain from eating meat!
