Concentrate on feeling better. I lost twenty pounds early, but have been stuck for the last three months, no weight loss. I still feel better than I have in years and have no intention of going back. This is a life style change. Not a diet.

Yes, your cravings will subside. I can actually order a pizza for my kids and not eat one morsel. I can peruse the box of donuts in my office kitchen and wonder which one would taste best if I chose to eat one. (This is not for beginners, early on I couldn't stay in the same room, the donuts were calling my name!)

Supplements are a religeous issue. I take bladderwrack once a day; the bottle says one to three a day. I take one a day of whatever I take. They last longer and I don't have to remember any fancy schedule. Some people say eat right and you don't have to take any supplements.
