Can't get warm...

This seems so silly, but I have been constantly cold for the third day in a row!!! I just cannot get warm! I wear heavy clothing, and have my heat on 70 degrees! I could understand being cold if I lived in Minnesota or something, but I live in Georgia where it never really gets cold outside!!! I have not changed what I've been eating at all ... I started ER4YT about 4 mos. ago and have been thriving on the same HB's, etc. for that long. I did not change a thing. Has this ever happened to anyone else??? Today at work I wore a gore-tex parka all day long because I was freezing!!!!
I have not lost weight either, so I can't attribute it to lost body fat, tissue, whatever. I have not lost a pound since starting ER4YT. In fact, I've gained a little, but I guess that's beside the point! Any ideas?
