Boy, can I identify with this thread! I have been feeling so much better, I hate to complain at all. However, I have actually gained weight these last two months since giving up coffee and beer. Have not been eating too many avoids, hardly any. But I would like to exercise, and as it is I have a difficult time moving my lumbering fifty or so pounds overweight around. Much less in an exercise mode. Don't know what to do! I decided that starting today, I would eat six small meals a day of only vegetables and meat, and try to get into ketosis. I don't like the vain issue about weight loss, and I certainly have not been obsessing, otherwise, I probably would not have gotten like this. I started taking bladderwrack about three weeks ago, and see no improvement yet. I am also very tall, and can carry some extra weight, but this is obese! I am very frustrated. It seems that the easy going attitude toward just 'eating right and not worrying about the weight' has backfired on me in a big way! I could use some help! I cannot stand to look at myself in the mirror! Anyone???
