Could any one tell me if ARA6 is supposed to be a cleanser of some kind or if it should be taken with or without food.I am having cleansing results .Have been on for 12 days so far. There are no recommendations on the packaging or information regaring interactions with food I am an A+ with low immunities but otherwise very healthy .Couldn't find any thing in the archives. THANKS
