Ed - now I have a few more questions. When you woke up were you still tired? I guess why I'm confused about the nonsleep is because I never missed it - it was like I did sleep all night. I was very calm and went about my business like it was daytime. I never had to "catch up" on the sleep at all. Anyway, I did end up going to my ND and had a "double" dose of B vitamin shots several days after the second sleepless night and did not taste them in my mouth like I usually do. I have done the PH thing before so guess it's about time to buy those little (litmus - can't remember what they are called) strips and see how my saliva and urine are doing in the PH department. Thanks - Serita
