Ed (I hope this is going to you Ed, haven't figure out this board ),

I have Lyme disease. I'm on antibiotics and will be for some time if I follow my alliopathic doctor's advice.

It settled in my CNS, and my nerves are so sensitive, I find the cultures in yogurt to be irritating to them. I tried various herbal preparations, but they also irritated the nerves. Much as I have pursued the alternative models (homeopathy, acupuncture, etc.) , I must confess, that, while slow, I've found the tetracycline I've been taking to very slowly give me more benefits. I've been following ER4YT at the same time and have consulted with Peter D'Adamo's dad. He said to follow the diet and take the ABX.

I've had Lyme disease for 25 years and was mis-diagnosed and mis-treated by both alliopathic and alternative practitioners. I did find one natural healer who said that I had a parasite, but again, the herbal preparations were too irritating to my nerves. I tolerate the ABX better than most things.
