In Response To: Type O Creamer (Greg)
I have yet to see a commercially available non-dairy creamer that isn't full of ingredients bad for any blood type. I think you would do better to stick with milk, cream or half&half while you gradually cut down on your coffee intake. While dairy isn't O-friendly, at least its natural. I used to use a brand of thick soy milk to "cream" my coffee, but in retrospect, I have to admit it tasted like #&*%@. Why not just drink your coffee black? If the pleasure isn't as great, it may be easier to cut down. Best wishes.
