I posted this before, but the board gobbled it up.

If I eat tofu, it goes right through me. Nuff said about that. I just cannot digest the stuff, and yet I am an "0".

However, I do very well on my once-a-week treat of "Chocolate Cookie Crunch" Tofutti ice cream, and other soy products have not bothered me, such as wheat free soy sauce.

SO I stay away from the cream-colored white slabs.
