Fish oils and salmon; olives and olive oil for B's

I know this is a popular topic with the B's , but i can't seem to get an answer. please lighten my day by explaining the HB with fish oils and the avoid with salmon. Akin to the relationship with the olive and its refinement of olive oil even when its virgin cold pressed olive oil - I can;t see the problem with olives as the original component of olive oil. As you guessed I love salmon and olives. Regards Annie
