The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 8
Posted By: BenS (o)
I just got some kasha from the health food store. No one there seemed to know the proportions of water to kasha, can anyone here help me out? I am guessing it cooks like rice? Thanks in advance.
I was wondering if anyone knew if milo (sorghum) flour was neutral for type O? I found a place on-line offering this and other food products made from alternative grains that are organic and sugar free. $20 to $30 for a 16 oz. box of crackers or pasta is of my range. Email me if you still want the url address.
