The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 8
embarrassed but progressing
Posted By: sharman(O)
Well..ummm... I am embarrassed to say that I mis-interpreted my blood results! I thought I was AB and I am O (we won't go into HOW this all happened) ANYWAY...... I have experienced something interesting. I have been following the AB diet for the last three weeks. It actually hasn't been too far off what's OK for O's except for the dairy I've had. I have stayed away from wheat (even tho it's Ok for AB's) And I think that is why I feel different. I am less bloated and I have lost some weight and I just feel pretty good!! I am alittle relieved to be an O, because I love the protein sources, but I also LOVE cheese and yogurt. But I plan on adhering to the diet strickly ( in order to test it out) and then as I become healthier, I will add a few dairy products here and there. Now I must go back and pay even MORE attention to the postings on O. Oh well... at least I'm not a lonely AB anymore.
