I would like to hear more about Oneg as well. The doctor has discussed this briefly a few times, and it seems that this blood subtype does even more poorly with grains, gluten, soy , dairy, etc. than does Opos. In my case, (Oneg), I definitely do better without any of these in my diet at all. I wonder if anyone has a comment on this. A food can be bad for you even if you do not experience any immediate bad effects after eating it. The effects may be more subtle in the short term than indigestion, congestion, etc., but over time, the accumulated damage can be serious and become very obvious. I would take this into consideration if you want to eat dairy as a type O.
