I go to aerobics three times a week and have been doing it for the past four and a half years. I lift weights twice a week. Used to do it four times a week but wasn't really getting that buff look so decided to drop it down to twice. I used to jog on the days I lifted weights but since learning about the blood type way of exercise I quit. I hated jogging. The only reason I did it was because I thought it would help me lose that one inch around my waist but it didnt'. I used to dread the thought of jogging or running but I would do it anyway. Since learning about blood types I have started to do yoga three times a week and love it almost as much as the weight lifting.
