possibly because the "avoid" "HB" designations are based on agglutination or otherwise of the blood. Lectins etc. Apart from that basis of distinction, these foods have other qualities, such as their effect on the thyroid. The effect of these foods on the thyroid seems to be irrespective of blood type.
