You're a very bright lady and seem to know a lot about diets and health, etc.
I don't think fecal matter gets into organs. The other way around. Stuff gets into the organs that shouldn't be there and the body, to protect itself, encapsulates the stuff with mucus. This is what may be toxic to the body.
I'm under the impression that fasting can make the body release this stuff and it goes out of the body thru the bowels.
My son worked in a funeral home and they would take long plugs out of the veins of old people. What is this stuff? Dried up mucus? I don't know.
How does one get it out of the body?
