I was wondering if those of us with 0- blood have more restrictions than O+ bloodtypes. If anyone knows please respond? I've been following the er4yt & zone diet for over 1 year and I feel great. I have completely eliminated wheat but I occasionally have corn. Also, I still eat dairy (I'm northern european) and I don't have a problem digesting it. Is anyone else out there that can still tolerate dairy? Should I completly eliminate dairy if I can tolerate it?
