Great Idea!! I too, would like to be able to concentrate on those posts that would benefit me most - especially when I'm pressed for time. I am on the AB e-mail list, which is great, but I don't see many of 'us' out here! I hope more take advantage of this way of communicating for good health!
By the way, if Jenna Elfman happens to be an AB, I just found more inspiration! Even if she's not, I've heard enough testimony on the benefits of ER4YT.
