This is interesting stuff. I am 32 and my eye doctor did a visual fields test on me last week. Nothing to worry about, but he notice a very slight cupping (the beginnings of nerve deterioration) in my eye. He wanted to get baseline information for future years when I have real problems. He also said there is nothing you can do about glaucoma. HELLO! I am way too young to be starting problems like this! Is there anything differently I should be doing? Most of the information seems to be for people that are much older. I want to stop this befofe it gets anywhere.
