Rolled oats? and CR4YT in Europe?

Hi All!

I have two niggling questions. Recently I have found snack applejack that are made with 'Whole rolled Oats'. Does anyone know exactly what that means? As a Type O I am afraid the oats were rolled in wheat-flour!??

The other question is that I would like to know if/when the CR4YT book is available in Ireland?
