The more we eat lectins that agglutinate and irriate our intestines, or other junk food that doesn't digest well, the more undigested food and bacteria (who will digest the food for us) will end up in our colons. But this is not the same as "toxins" in your cells. And I'm not convinced that the bacteria and undigested food counts as toxins either. A burden on the body, maybe, but not a direct cause of disease the way a "toxin", which isn't even objectively defined by people who sell cleanses and fasts, is supposed to be.
I don't doubt your experience. However, your colon, by design, is going to have a lot "crap" in it. That's its job. Its not shocking to find decay and garbage in a garbage can when you scrub it out -- garbage belongs in a garbage can and feces and decomposing food belong in the colon! When you take high enemas and colonics you are forcing decomposing food out of your colon before it has made the transition to normal feces, so of course you're going to see strange things. You're also forcing water in and then forcing the water that's already present in your colon out, so you'll get the impression that you're getting rid of a "gallons" of stuff, but that's like being shocked that there's "yards" of intestines in your abdominal cavity. It's just what's supposed to be there.
