I've done a lot of bowel cleansing using Dr. Bernard Jensen's program and others who advocate the same:
Using herbs and lots of water and juices and not eating solid foods and taking enemas.
Well, I weight l20 lbs. And the amount of stuff that came out of me was unbelievable. Stuff that looked like intestines and gunky rubbery stuff. Gallons of it. Everyday for weeks.
I can tell I believe it.
