cabbage and oats
Posted By: Elisa (A) Date: Tuesday, 26 January 1999, at 6:33 p.m.
Hi-
I have a couple of questions that might have been asked before, but when I did a search on cabbage came up with nothing...so here goes.
Does anyone know why oats are neutral for A's but granola is "avoid"? Additionally a granola recipe is given in the A section of the book Eat Right for Your Type. Do you think the "avoid" means to avoid any granola that has A avoid ingredients in it? Otherwise I get stumped.
I also get stumped by the recommendation that A's should avoid cabbage, but that cabbage juice is neutral. Any insight into this?
Thanks so much!
