In Response To: Could it be new food sensitivities? (Karla)
Yeah, what's up with new sensitivities? I've been struggling with this for going on ten years now - cut out dairy, cut out wheat, cut out soy, cut out legumes, cut out corn, and now cutting out gluten. Each time, I'm better for awhile, then I have to figure out what else? Seems like staying away from things that bother your digestive tract would heal you, and you would gradually be able to eat more things, or at least cheat once in awhile. Why do we end up eventually having to limit more? Is this a question for the Dr.? Anyone?
