I was curious about your recommendation to take mega doses of B-5. I have read repeatedly of the need to take large doses of B-6, B-12, and folic acid for mental health issues, and that a basic dose of 100 mg or so of B-5 would suffice. What is the reason/evidence for your recommendation. Are you recommending B-5 only without taking a multiple B? Thanks.
