Prostate Cancer - Surgery Survivor

I had the radical prostatectomy (RP) in December, last year. After reading ER4YT, I was wondering if there are any RP survivors out there that may be real hard core converts, or advocates for this type of diet. Being an "A" blood type, the change from dairy products will be a challenging one (meats: I only eat chicken and/or fish 5-6 times/week) . Hope to hear from you "ex-prostate-guys" soon.
