Glad to hear you had a good experience with it. I juice fasted for 3 days about a year ago and was amazed by how no, I didn't fall down dead of exhaustion, it wasn't the hardest thing in the world, and I found that being able to smell food being cooked inside of resturants hundreds of yards away rather facscinating. :D If I go any longer than that I would definately want help from someone more knowledgeable, but I wasn't sure the "Fast Master" was the one.
