Eileen,

How much calcium/magnesium are you taking? The more I research and experience first hand, the more it seems the former recommendation of a 2:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium should be reversed to 1:2. My personal experience has been this: I get leg cramps very easily when I take calcium regularly, and the fibromyalgia is more noticable. I feel great when I take higher amounts of magnesium. But that's just me.
