In Response To: Soy & O's (DV)

I can't handle the soy milk or soy flour at all, do ok on tofu and tamari, and can handle a little tempeh and soy yogurt once in a while. Now that I'm eating more eggs and fish, however, I no longer crave tofu and tamari as I did. (Incidentally, the soy milk and soy flour also seem difficult for my daughter, presumably an A, to digest, but she seems to thrive on all the rest, tofu, tamari, tempeh, and soy yogurt, equally. My type A husband experiments with different soy milks, isn't sure which he likes best.)
