In Response To: Gray hair changing back to normal color?? (sv)
Poor nutrition can cause many signs of (premature) aging including baldness, graying of hair, flaky dry skin, poor eyesight, mental confusion and memory loss, fatigue, muscle weakness, etc. One serious health problem in this country is that these "signs" in the middle-aged and geriatric populations are often mistaken for "normal" aging rather than poor nutrition. Your friend with the graying hair may have noticed the change simply because he began to take in more nutrients in the particular foods he was selecting - NU
