According to Cook Right For Your Type, Dr. D'Adamo states that soy is neutral for type O's. You do best to get your protein directly from lean beef and lamb. Unfortunately, I lent my ER4YT book to a co-worker (who has yet to return it-GRRRRRRRR), but I believe Dr. D mentions some supplements for vegan Type O's to take while making the transition to meat.
