Goal bustin buddies

Well I thought I did this yesterday, but as I see it's not on the board, I'll try again. My week was ok. Went to dinner twice with my cute hubby and did ok one time and not so ok the second. Started back on my treadmill routine. Feel great still, BUT I GAINED ABOUT 5 POUNDS AAAAHHHHHH!!!! I don't know why. Maybe it's because (as I told Beth earlier) I'm sneaking wheat in my sleep and I don't even know it! : ) Anyway, I will try this week to stick mostly with HB's and not as many neutrals. I also had a huge light bulb go off today, I love a certain breathsaving gum and duh..the main ingredient is.. cinnamon. Maybe that's why I was feeling alittle weird the other day. I also noticed that I felt very tired and "heavy" all week. I can't really explain that feeling, it was odd. Anyway I do feel better today. I really like this forum and enjoy all of your comments and advice. Have a great week - Loni
