Hi there,

I agree with the other suggestions to find only free-range, hormone free beef and see what that's like. Also, maybe you're eating too much? Or, maybe your beef allergy is here to stay and you should just avoid it! Beef is by far not the only HB meat for Os. There's lamb, venison, buffalo, salmon, trout, and various other fish I can't remember right now!

Dr. D has at times suggested that people concentrate on removing avoids first, and adding highly beneficals later. Perhaps you could try that as well.
