?Where are "brown" potatoes on "O" list?

For O's, the book (pgs. 67-68) has both "red" and "white" potatoes on the avoid list. It has "sweet" potatoes on the highly beneficial list. But what about the basic "brown" potato? In which category do they belong? Thanks.
