Been on the program now three weeks. I am walking 3-4 miles a day faithfully & feel absolutely wonderful enjoying mostly HBs but.. I've only lost 1 lb. -however my clothes and body feel much much better... I don't mean to get hung up on the numbers BUT am wondering why I read some are losing 6-7 lbs in a week or two and they aren't even exercising. Is that the muscle build up balancing the weight thing? The results of feeling terrific will keep me on board BUT a little number action please. Any thought or ideas that will help OR am I patiently waiting for a BIG surprise. Maybe I should just enjoy whats happening & not be so "brat-tee!" I recently turned 40 so maybe that has alot to do with it - it used to be real easy to lose! Thanks for listening- Gerry
