O with a beef allergy

Is there any other O out there that has an allergy to beef? Here I was sticking to the O Type diet and feeling worse and worse. I went to an allergist and was told I have an allergy to beef! This whole O diet seems to rest on the fact that we are heathiest when we are eating beef.
My concern is that I won't be getting all the vitamins that I need because many of them came from beef. Will fish, turkey and chicken provide the same amount of the same amount of vitamins that beef provides? Most of the Highly Beneficial meats revolve around the cow and I haven't seen buffalo or venison in the grocery stores where I live.
Any suggestions?
