Milk Thistle

I know this topic has come up before but I am unable to access the archives at the moment so please bare with me. I seem to remember it being mentioned that Milk Thistle is an avoid for O's but now I can't seem to find that info and wondering if I saw it at all. If anyone knows the answer please let me know.
