Is food really so important?

some people cannot be convinced because their food choices are their gods. It probably makes no sense to talk with them about nutrition, ER4YT or health issues at all. There is another group (including me) who KNOWS food is one of the most important healing or killing substances we use, because of our own experience. But most people are inbetween. I am really surprised how much the official medicine views influence even very intelligent people. One of my colleagues (financial newspaper editor) asked me after our discussion "And is the kind of food we eat really so important for my health? I thought it did not matter too much." That is what most people think - health problems are hereditary, a matter of chance, or they just "catch" some virus. I use one example to convince them (not the foods-as-gods group). I ask them: "Do you believe a single small pill can heal or help to heal an illness?" They say: "Yes, I do." "So try to compare: if a few micrograms of a substance is able to influence someone's health, what is the power of hundreds of pounds of food you digest every year? All your foods are just a combination of many chemicals, essential, good, neutral and bad ones." That's all. Karel.
