Michele,
I think folks are so sceptical because they are sick of being barraged with fad diets. Where someone, of whatever blood type, found something that worked for them, and then tried to mass market it. I just tell them my experience and hope they will take advantage. "Let those with ears hear"! Worst case scenerio...a seed has been planted they may sprout later, when the motivation is more present.
